As many of you know Raj got very sick with Covid in 2021 and it took him 6 months to recover. Kate played a big part in Raj’s road back to health.

She did DNA hair testing to see what was going on inside his body and using those results she gave him targeted supplements and food protocols to help him get better.

If you’ve had Covid (almost everyone at this point) and feel like its impacted your health or if you feel that since the pandemic you’re immune system needs some extra support, come to Kate’s workshop. She will explain the key ways to give your immune system a boost and maintain it functioning optimally.

 
In this workshop we will cover:
 
-Brief description of the Immune system

-How and why to use food to boost the immune system

-How, why and when to use supplements. Quality over quantity / capsules and oils over tablets and tinctures with alcohol.

-Diagnosing health problems – DNA hair testing and others

-COVID and Long Covid

-The importance of exercise/meditation/pranayama breathing/sleep/positive attitude/maintaining a healthy weight and ensuring balanced blood sugar levels.

Kate will also have a handout containing lots of resources and information covering everything she will talking about.

There will be time for Q&A towards the end of the workshop where Kate can share all her knowledge!
