Build a Vinyasa Flow practice from the ground up whether you are compete beginner or more experienced. This workshop will help you build a strong foundation in key postures for Vinyasa yoga and will increase your knowledge of healthy alignment, strength, using props (such as blocks) and some of the yoga terminology and language.
You will also learn step by step how to get in and out of a variety of yoga postures safely and you will receive hands on adjustments to feel the right alignment for your body.
Not only will you learn all this good stuff, the workshop will give you a basic knowledge of yogic breath and mindful meditation.
