Going back to basics is always enormously useful no matter whether you are a beginner or more experienced.
This workshop will give you a strong foundation in key postures and sequences for Vinyasa yoga and will increase your understanding of healthy alignment, how to build strength and flexibility, linking breath to movement and some of the terminology that is used.
You will learn step by step how to flow through a variety of yoga postures safely and correctly, and you will receive hands on adjustments to feel the right alignment for your body.
Not only will you learn all this good stuff, the workshop will give you a basic understanding of yogic breath (Ujjaii) and self awareness.
