There’s something pretty magical about finding a space that you can genuinely call a sanctuary. A place where you can disconnect from the outside world and just focus on you. Our studios give you just that. The opportunity to connect with your breath, connect with your body and connect with yourself.
Our space has a modern industrial feel with bare concrete walls, iron fittings and an incredible amount of natural light for you to catch the sun on your face during your practice. We’re three floors up so there’s a wonderful uninterrupted view of the world beyond through the bright windows.

Our studios

The main studio is our largest space holding up to 35 mats.
We have installed a high tech, customised Far Infra Red heating system, which has proven health benefits such as boosting immunity and reducing inflammation. We also use Rensair air purification units to keep the air in the studio clean and free of bacteria and viruses and natural essential oils to create a clean and fresh environment.

Our second studio is more intimate, with capacity for 18 mats. It can be heated with a gentle infra-red heat or not heated at all.
This studio is used for Aerial yoga and classes not requiring any heat such as Yogasana and Sculpt.

The second studio is available for hire by the hour, half day or full day on an ad hoc basis for workshops, private lessons and filming/photography or more regularly for lessons, classes, training, courses or anything else.
